Shipping Information

Smith’s Concrete proudly ships our Concrete Statuary Products all over the United States.  However;  shipping can be costly so we strive to get the best quotes and service possible to all of our customers.  All of our items can be shipped, whether its via UPS Ground or via Motor Freight.  Our smaller items are able to ship to you via UPS Ground in a box while the larger, odd shaped, heavier items have to be shipped on a pallet via Motor Freight.  We packaged our items according to the order and ensure a safe delivery.

Smith’s Concrete uses several Motor Freight LTL Companies for shipping our large, heavier items, and also our Wholesale Orders.  By using several carriers, we are able to shop around and get the lowest shipping rate for you.  If you are inquiring about becoming a Wholesale Stocking Dealer, we are able to ship your order to you also.  The shipping will be based on the weight of the entire order and the number of pallets.

In order to provide our customers with accurate shipping cost and details of shipping, we ask that all customers give us a call and provide the address where the item will be shipped along with all return contact information.  We will in return get all shipping information, shipping cost, and transit time from our carriers and contact you back with a total cost for your order.

All orders are required to be placed over the phone so feel free to Contact Us with any questions or concerns you may have.  We are more than willing to assist you in any way possible!  Our policy is that all orders are to be paid in full before being shipped out.
